Once you have chosen a card, we look at which crystals go alongside it ( and how they help) and then I guide you through a meditation journey. I personally love looking at crystals and staring at the beauty that has taken thousands, or sometimes millions, of years to develop. It is also very satisfying to feel their smooth texture or sometimes be able to press in to them to relieve stress.
